I glanced over some the previous topics and didn't see what I was looking for. If this question has been answered before, sorry.
Anyways, I have been seeing this infomericial in which a guy goes from a push-up like position (in which his body is parallel to the ground being held up by his hand) to a hand stand.
I was quite impress with the body control involved. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone on the board can suggest any exercise which help to develop this kind of body control. I figure I need to work on the trunk area, but I am not sure how to start.
