I was wondering what some of the memebers fĂȘel about practicing stretching and stances on a daily basis?

Stretching every day is good. Stances too, if you don't get sore.
Iron

Most psysiologists say that stretching daily is very unhealthy and that your tendons and muscles need time to reheal/grow. I stretch every day but alternate intensity.
