"Living the Martial Way" by Forrest Morgan

It's the book that REALLY got me to start, and is still one of the best I've read.
    Keep it simple, stupid.

Lam Sai Wings books - On the heiroglyph I, subdue the tiger | The Tiger and the Crane | The Iron Thread

Lam Wing Kits books - Siu Nim Tao | Chum Kiu |Biu Ji

Lam Kwong Wing - Moi Fa, The Plum Flower Fist North Shaolin #7

best books I've bought about Chinese Martial arts.
The first six because they provide tremendous insight into some of the subtleties of Hung Gar and Wing Chun Kungfu and the last because it has been an excellent manual for maintaining this form as it was taught to me.

    cheers

I liked the "108 movements of the Shaolin Wooden Men Hall" which Leung Ting reissued from his collection f old manuscripts. It looks alot like my kuo Shu class.
I do not ever see Sifu do anything that could be construed as a hula dancer- hasayfu
