    hip belts

Anybody have a recommendation for a good belt for weighted dips / pull ups? Or a good place to find one?

They had one at the gym I used to go to, but I go to a different place now.

Right now I'm using my wrist roller. I load up the plates on the dowel and put a collar on the bottom. The rope is thin though, and really digs into you when the weight starts getting high.

I think I got mine at a place called Fitness Experience or something like that. It was around $35. They're kind of hard to find because not that many people want to add weight to their pullups or dips.

I found a reasonable price here:

I finally ordered the thing. It will be nice to do weighted pullups again. I need to since most of the parallete stuff I do involves pressing.

In time I will have the cobra lats, and I can finally get those pesky GI Joes.
