    hmmm

    The two books out by Daverick Leggit are very good TCM food books. He's an excellent TCM Herbalist aswell as a good Qi-gong teacher too.
    You may also want to havbe a look at the "The Book of Jook".

    As you can tell from my question posted earlier, I'm no expert, but I've just started Paul Pitchford's "Healing with Whole Foods" & so far I'm impressed. It's kind of a synthesis of TCM nutrition & modern scientific nutrition. Check it out.
