Don't listen. Khun Kao is actually just a hairy troll who will steal your lunch money.

    Merryprankster...

I'm not much hairier than you, and I told you I was perfectly willing to return your lunch money... LOL

So does that mean you're coming down to train or not?

Just to be clear, only Friday, May 16th & Saturday, May 17th classes are being offered free of charge. There will be a nominal fee for those interested in attending and training for the entire session...

Please contact me if you have any questions!

Might be a good excuse for a MD/DC/Va Metro area reunion.

I feel so alone down here in NC.

NC is never included any any other group of states.

    probably for good reason

    Oso...

hey, good excuse for you to relocate up north. It seems that most stuff does miss NC. There are some really good gyms in SC and VA, but I don't know of anything in NC either. Sorry...

    KKC, I was being facetious.

yes, there is a dearth of decent ma peeps down here but the quality of life is about 10 times better.

I moved from Richmond down here and don't regret it a bit.

    I just get lonely

    LEGEND...

    Curriculum?

Drills. Lots and lots of drills...

    More specifically, though.

Weather permitting, each class will begin with a group run of 1 mile +.

We will then do group stretches, followed by about 15-30 minutes of shadowboxing.

Then neckwrestling, clinchwork, and knee drills

Followed by Partner and Pad drills.

    On Saturdays, we will spar.

The first two weekends will focus a lot on conditioning drills designed to just get the fighters into top shape for the REAL drills that will be coming later on. In the later weeks, drills will begin to focus on technique and strategy, then the final weeks we'll focus on developing a fighters speed.

    Oso...

OK, I feel ya. But this is as good of an excuse as any for you to schedule an up north vacation...

    Rahsaan...

Hey, your going to have to get in touch with me about bringing your training partners down. I've got about 3 really good prospects for cross training in San Shou. I'd love for our gyms to get together to train and trade ideas....

Talk to your guys and let me know. We'd love to have you come down. Some of my guys are just as interested in training some San Shou as you guys are interested in training some Muay Thai.
