In one of the articles in the ezine, is a very nice looking qi-gong exercise "HuanQi Fa" but what or how can it benefit someone who doesnt understand qi-gong ?

Do all people believe that the breathe is somewhat finite ? Whatabout skeptics of qi and qi-gong, like say, the likes of Liokault ?
