    Keysi Fighting Method?

Another new school in town (man, when I started there was TKD, Karate or Judo). Looks like some kind of JKD substrate. Some of their postures look pretty retarded. Anyone seen it? Is it any good?

    Hi Ben

There's always lots of stuff about Keysi in Martial Arts Illustrated magazine. (Although that mag seems to be just one big advert for the editor's pals at the moment)

I've not seen it in the flesh though - seems a bit like JKD. Invented by some Spanish guy I think.

I was down in Wooton Bassett the other week - could've met up for a pint.....

    Cheers

I ask because a freind of mine is looking to get into the martial arts in another state and he was checking out Keysi. I've never heard of it. how ever I expected your special brand of fat retardedness. Thanks for reaffirming your stupidity and checking in.

I've heard it's just a rip off of JKD or something, with a more "spiritual" bent to it, or atleast "good" marketing.

Yep...I'm still doing the same thing I always do. It's been a couple of months...shouldn't you be moving on to something else?

is that your ideal stats chubs? how much more do you have to drop to reach that? Maybe if your fights lasted longer then 5 minutes you could lose more weight?
