Lift very intensley (a high % of your 1RM), for very few sets, with long (3-5 minutes) rest periods. This will increase muscle density and neuroligical efficiencey while lowering the needs for extended energy which will eventually lower your stores of sarcoplasm.
You will gain maximal strength, but you will lose some of your strength endurance. In other words, your 1RM will increase while your 10RM will decrease.
Combined with proper dieting and energy system work, you should lose a good amount of weight.
