Jean Claude Van Damme or Sonny Chiba?

I rate this movie at about a 1, because it could of been way better than it was, provided we are talking about Street Fighter, with Jean Claude Van Damme, anyhow yeah that movie was lacking on many levels.

I saw it ages ago, and didn't care for it much, like a three probably. (Where JCVD's street fighter is a 1 and Lau Kar Yan/Sammo Hung's "The Victim" is a 5.)

But, that was a cr@ppy who knows how many generations bootleg with the pan-n-scan instead of widescreen and subtitles that were falling out of the frame and all that. If I saw a good copy I might like it a lot better.

Street Fighter was originally Rated X for violence. Pretty PG by today's standards.

Feh. It's good for a laugh. And it's sort of interesting to see a slightly more karate-oriented choreography than you usually see. But all in all, it's better suited for the MST3K treatment than any serious viewing.

Nah. See it. It's worth it for the same reasons you watch Dolemite. So that you can find other people who have seen Dolemite and share a good laugh.

    Pimp Fighter 3
    Third strike
All right now, son, I want you to get a good night's rest. And remember, I could murder you while you sleep.
Hey son, I bought you a puppy today after work. But then I killed it and ate it! Hahah, I´m just kidding. I would never buy you a puppy.

It wasn't his sister. It was the sister of the dude he was supposed to break out of prison. But in either case, not your typical hero move.
