    I just recieved Demi Barbito's Killer Instinct tapesand i think thet are great. I would like to know if anyone has any experience training at his facility in Ca.

    Does he show you how to defend yourself with a pillowcase filled with shampoo bottles or a dog food can (open with lid partially attached)? Or does he recommend just to roll around with a sock filled with batteries at all times? Just kidding, I couldn't resist.
