I was out this morning. I did Wu Bu Chuan, holding each posture 60 seconds, plus now I'm lifting, and posting between sets.
Those that are the most sucessful are also the biggest failures. The difference between them and the rest of the failures is they keep getting up over and over again, until they finally succeed.

Too darn hot to train outside till late evening. Don't know what the official temp was here in denver, but it got 101 according to the temp thingy in my truck. More fun to train in the early am and late pm anyway.

Weather over here does not make for fun training outside:

    Temp: 31 Celsius
    Humidity: 85% and above
    semi-permanent rain/drizzle

    Cheers.

LC- Sounds kinda like trying to train in a jaccuzi, yes? That sucks. I prefer training outside just as the sun is setting/raising. You can't beat the ambiance of it. And it's just the right temp here to make it easy to push yourself.

Yep. kinda and we haven't even hit the hottest time of summer yet.

I got a nice place to train in the early mornings under a bunch of cherry-trees.

BTW, my Kwoon doesn't even have any form of cooling device installed.

Probably just as well. With low ceilings and hot weather, I've rapped my hands on the ceiling fans more than once. At least I knocked the blades of the fan out of whack instead of the bones of my fingerbones!

    CSN.

Luckily our ceiling is at about 8 metres.

But I know what you are talking about at my last kwoon we had fairly a low ceiling.
Get carried with the staff and the ceiling sports a new ventilation hole.

One substitute place I once trained at the ceiling was so low that we banged our fans into it.
