Hey guys, has been a while, I'm back from a short vacation. But meanwhile I kept doing my workout. Now seriously, this is pretty irritating; So my abs, looking good, pecs, even better, shoulders weak, arms weaker... What the hell am I doing wrong, I think I just take waaaaaay to little weight. Let's say I take about .. 8Kg for my arms/shoulders ... I tried lifting chairs for a while now (let's say 10kg ?) but no progress. What weight should I pick ? I don't want huge arms or anything, just some clearly healthy and worked out arms/shoulders, you know what I mean.
Help me out here dudes, cause I'm starting to think my muscles in the arm area just refuse to grow just to **** me off =D
