    Question How do you measure body fat?

    Way back when I was in 9th grade foods class, we did that whole thing to measure the amount of body fat you have. Can anyone give me the "formula for this"? Also, how do I tell how much muscle I have?

    Most low tech and readily available way is to use calipers and measure skin folds.
