    our class (Rosado) went to a tournament there last winter I think
    I do not ever see Sifu do anything that could be construed as a hula dancer- hasayfu

    I don't quite get your question. I think you need to start from beginner level. our school accept students anytime.

    Al I was wondering was would it be okay to turn up and take a class, at beginner level, even though I'll only be in Boston for 10 days? I just like the opportunity to meet/train with other martial artists

    sure. I heard my sifu said we need more members. even if it was for 10 days, he won't mind. but in a week, I think there are 3-4 beginner classes. check the website I gave you.
