Anyone practice waterboxing here? I heard that traditionally there isnt' a push hands excercise in the style, but the sifu in chicago added it in.
Nothing wrong with that, but who practices waterboxing in here?

How is it? How do you like it? I will start classes soon, 3 times a week . What type ofapplications do youdo?
It really depends on which style, or form of Liu Ho Pa Fa you're studying. Who will be your teacher, and what is the lineage? I need this for a frame of reference in order to answer your questions.

So how was your first class? Did you manage fairly well with the blackout, and all?

I heard of it, but I dont know anything about it, how is it related to Liu Ho Pa Fa, or is Water Boxing Liu Ho Pa Fa, I heard of these styles a million times, but I know nothing about them.

I'm gonna start classes next month. I think lineage is from Cheung Kwok Tai of HK.
