    The Chinese way to challenge you to realize.

    So, you want to be a bad boy and bully people around like SD, shaolin-do & shadow does, huh? But, in China, if you don't understand how to cultivate qi, jing, shen, the three treasures, you are not permitted to enter the fighting arts. Kindda a little opposite over here, huh?

    "Make you a deal, shadow & shaolin-do and all you killers."

    Why can't you answer the basic questions that Gene Ching knows is right?

    What are the names of the qi forces? How do you cultivate them?
    What is the name of the force or power that is considered on an advanced level above qi, excepting shen?

    How do you develop shen?

    You see this is going to be ONE lonely thread but in China, it is the
    most critical study of all way before forms, applications, etc.

    All I know how to do is build up marrow, enhance the qi, jing and shen and train in the Ruler's art from Chen Bok, originator. That's all I know. I know it's not as good as JKD, Ninjitsu, Shaolin-do, Bjj, wrestling, boxing, and the other killing arts you tuff guys are masters of but, not everyone can become a killer like you tough guys, huh? Maybe, one day, I can go to do SD or wu-shu, or JKD,
    Green Dragon, or others? Who knows?

    My teacher's told me the rest of the quest comes as a result of the Qi, shen and jing but without it, you become a concrete slab. I don't know, maybe I should follow your advice and begin to do boxing, Bjj, wrestling, Kenpo, JkD, SD, breaking bricks with my eyes, and the rest, huh?
