No one on here knows how to cultivate 3 treasures?

My, my, my and yet the 3 treasures of qi, jing and shen are at the entire basis, the foundation of ALL Kung Fu? You cannot develop true internal speed or power without knowing how to cultivate the 3 treasures. But, I'm sure you will find excuses to ignore the foundations, huh?

I have nothing against bobo. Without him, I'd have the stupidest handle in all of kfm. Now that he's had two bobo handles, I'm not even in the top two.

What really cracks me up is him talking about the three treasures. I don't know, maybe it's because I haven't really been around all that much lately, but bobojoe02 actually started a good topic. I don't know why it degraded into A Chung Moo Quan level of discussion, but seriously, can anyone explain what the three treasre are?? And how you go about devloping them?? Or has this conversation gone too deep into the pits of hell to ever return?

Right on, there really is an experienced person of integrity on this forum. Have you heard of the Ruler System created by Chen Bok?
I hate to use the full name since my teacher's are against it but I think you know the one. It stimulates shen, qi and jing. I was in a bad way with health from a child and I credit the Ruler System with a great turn around. Maybe, the two of us can turn around the discussion but possibly on another forum or internal section of the forum.

Taiji Ruler? Created by Chen Hsi I (10th century and founder of Li Hu, Ba fa) If Yes, I know the system. I practice the first 8 exercises myself. Mine comes mostly from Chao, Yuh Feng. However I also have some from a few other sources. I am looking for an english manual on the complete system. I had heard rummurs of there being one, but I lost touch with the guy who had the contact info. It was one of those "in school" manuals, and I may not have been able to get it anyway (Not being a student of that school), but it would have been worth the shot if I hadn't been dumb enough to delete a whole bunch of E-mails, including the ones from the guy who knew the school.
