    MA 3 treasures - Jing Qi and Shen, "San Bao"

    Basically, refine the jing, convert it to qi.
    Then lead qi to the head to convert it to nourishing shen.

    Jing - Original Essence, Qi - Internal Energy, Shen - Spirit

    Im still learning tho...
