The art of pressure point striking with Chin Nah applications. Do not
try this with your friends or you will end up like the pale faced
helper. A series of Chin Nah style manuevers with specifics about
which points are to be struck. Nothing overly dangerous but still to
be viewed with discretion.

The FIRST of a series of VCD's on the art of Point Striking. A good
deal of lecture, a very strong demonstrator but the most striking
characteristic of these disks in the strange look in the eyes of
the "dummy". He's been hit a few times, believe it. Each disk gives
different points and methods of application. Those familiar with the
art of pressure striking will know what we mean.

Everything demonstrated by Xie Zhi-Kai who has obviously done this a
few times.

Demonstrator/Teacher: Du FeiHu, the third generation holder of TzuRan
leadership from his famous grandfather Du XinWu. More about this
style.

CHIN NAH: This shows many very well-known and "classic" China Nah
actions. Some are better than others but the VCD does one very nice
thing in that it takes each situation and "develops" it through a
number of variations which often include counters. Relaxed and easily
understood instruction highlights this presentation . This is a
