AFAIK, she is most renowned for her Tai Chi.
Of course her Kids are also fairly well known:
Daughter Chi Ching Yen, Son Donnie Yen
I believe she teaches Fu style BGZ as well.
Fu style Bagua & Taiji... probably knows lots of other stuff too, like contemp. wushu
I am almost positive that she teaches contemporary wushu, and I think some of her students have won championships in that style.

OK SD, I'll take a stab at it ... er, shot ... whatever.
I've never heard of this happening -- but in the Army we were discouraged from leaving a weapon in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.if u put a gun in your car in the summertime, can it get too hot it will discharge on it's own?
Maybe because it would warp the plastic handguards ... I dunno. The M16 operates in hot & sunny climates too so a "cookoff" like you describe is unlikely. But possible.
Put it in your glove box with the barrel facing away from you (& passengers) and safe it. And keep your permits with it -- being without them in MA is far more worrisome than what hot weather may do to the weapon.
There is a great streak of violence in every human being. If it is not channeled and understood, it will break out in war or in madness. ~Sam Peckinpah
