concentrate on your forms and the strength building exercises. You can also work on your cardio by running.

yes but not often , and I end up training inconsistently when that happens , but training non the less in what I already know. minus the sparring, and grappling.

That's currently my state of practice!! I live pretty far from my Sifu and kwoon, so I'm only able to make it once, twice a month if I'm lucky!! Makes it hard to get motivated to practice, but I do when I can. May not get the practice that I would like, but at least I do. Having class mates makes all the difference in the world, well...so does a Sifu!

But like Mojo said, practice your forms, and strength building exercises, with either some weights or resistance training.
