Just wanted to share. The United States Gayong Federation website-the silat group and style I train in-just got updated a bit and you can take a sneak peek at the technique progression pics which will be in the upcoming Feb IKF gayong silat article by Cikgu Joel Champ.

You can also see other pics there that are a bit older and if you look hard enough you can see me fourth from the left I believe with a white t-shirt under the gi next to the woman holding the two bastons at the bottom row. That pic was just taken after 3 hours of training.

Makes a man look a bit flushed and yea I tend to get red cheeks after a big workout. I got the nickname scrubby once because of it.
