Where do chakras fit into qigong?

Hi,

I wanted to know where the concept of "Chakras" fit into qigong practices.

I think the high, middle and low dantien might correspond to the third eye, heart, and sacrum chakras, but I'm not quite sure about this.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

Hui Yin- Root Chakra

Lower Dan Tien/Ming men- Swadisthana Chakra

Middle Dan Tien- Manipura AND Anahata Chakras (includes solar plexus, point between nipples, and T-11 and T-5.

Ta Chui (C-7) and Tien Tu- Vissuddha Chakra

Yu Chen (Jade Pillow/Heavenly Drum) and Yin Tang(all Upper Dan Tien) - Ajna Chakra

Pai Hui- Crown Chakra.
