    Good thing I was sitting down for that one!

    but it sure beats anything else you can do from your back.
    In a fight I mean, ya know? I mean, me and missus do, oh you know, stuff, being married and all and, oh never mind. Let's just say it's good to know.

    What bollox

    The guard is as dominant a position as the mount IF you know how to use it. I have used it as such in REAL combat and finished the fight from there with strikes and in another case with a shoulder lock. Just how dominant do you want?

    well,if ya gotta be on the bottom ,the gaurd is is about the onnly way to keep from getting creamed.Finmd a good ground guy,let him get the gaurd on ya,and youll see what I mean
