    gut or face?
All right now, son, I want you to get a good night's rest. And remember, I could murder you while you sleep.
Hey son, I bought you a puppy today after work. But then I killed it and ate it! Hahah, I´m just kidding. I would never buy you a puppy.

You did real well, period! Not bad for accepting to play with Ian Morgan with only 12 hours notice. ANd you guys really did warm up the crowd for the rest of the night

You did stay for the rest didn't you? What did you think?

knee to the gut.... took the wind right out of my sails......

the rest of the night was fun.... the Lebanon v Russia fight was truely a highlight.... the womens fights were awesome and they all showed great skill.... the rexplex is the coolest place on earth... i've been saying that all weekend.... my only complaint is that i wish there was a bigger crowd.... other than the big poster at the Rexplex i didn't see any signage at the hotel or lil ad-cards that we could have passed around at the mall or whatever.............. and i challenge NYKK to paintball next time

as for Ian... that kid has mad weapons....

Ouch! I recently had two fights in Denver. In my second fight, I took a throw that knocked all the wind outta me but I took my time getting up & was able to breath by the time the ref said "fight". My opponent liked throwing though so he kept going for it (which took progressively more of my wind to defend against, as well as the fact that we both ended up on the mat a couple times). A knee to the gut would really suck. Better luck next time. T.

being thrown and throwing doesn't bother me too much......

more on the event........ the ref was good... he was like having a coach in the ring.... he makes sure you WORK.... doesn't give much 'breathing' time.... and was always encouraging.. to both fighters...

Good job, man. You'll take it next time. Between you and jow, we've learned that knees can wind you, and axe kicks to the head hurt. Good finds!

BTW, I am the king of san da...

You too? What weight class? I'm probably gonna fight around 160-165. It would be cool if we went up against each other. At the least, let's go out to the bars and get plowed afterwards.
