I am wondering which gripper to buy. I hate to waste money. My grip has never been super strong, nor super weak. I can grab those cheap store grippers (black), and rep them fast. But I have a feeling they are nothing like the COC's. I can hold a 300 lbs. + barbell in my hands up to around 350 most likely. I don't know if that really and truly correlates to closing strength or not.

So, that is all the info. I can give. How are you other guys doing with them? For those that started with the trainer and number 1, how much weight can you deadlift, or rather, hold in your grip with a barbell? That is the only quantifiable thing I have right now. I remember when I could not even hold 225 lbs. off a clean rack.
