I'm nursing an ankle injury so I'm taking it easy untill saturday.
I look at the holiday season as the perfect time to up the training. Its a must considering the meal I just stuffed

    hardcore to me means-

you have been beaten, and beaten badly, yet you still continue to forge ahead.

training with diligence is good for any kungfu practice, or any discipline. But it is with failure where the great lessons are learned and the triumphs start to count as really something.

    cheers

well, drove to FL from NC to train last weekend.

trained Tues and last night and will train Saturday.

so, training the same but the diet goes straight to hell.

my drinking schedule is as regimented and heavy as my training

My gym is closed today and tomorrow, so I'm taking it easy.

I'll be back in the gym on Saturday.

Keeping a fairly . . . healthy diet. Only workout I'm doing is elbow and knee physical therapy. Soon as I am able, though, it's time to bust my lazy @$$ with a 6 day a week training cycle! yay!

I've been dealing with personal issues, as in Terri left me and moved to Ohmaha Nov 1st. Between that, and working 60 hours a week, I've pretty much done nothing for 2-1/2 months, outside of a bit of back therapy, and a little Taiji Ruler to keep my back from hurting.

I'm pretty much your classic "Cream Puff" right now.

Those that are the most sucessful are also the biggest failures. The difference between them and the rest of the failures is they keep getting up over and over again, until they finally succeed.

I had to post it twice...

    I don't actually train.

I'm a pimply faced overweight teenager with bad breath and a permanent hard on.

I fantasize about Xena and T'Pol and Seven of Nine. I've never touched a real booby before.
