Sifu Whitrod's book is excellent. many photos of GM Yip Shui and his son the new GM of Chow Gar Tong Long as his father retired a little while ago.

Nice to see someone who has knowledge of this once secret Hakka MA to give the interested people what they have been seeking for a long time.

A good read and lots of material to digest and learn from.
