    Tranquil sitting

    Does anyone know where in the UK or otherwise I can get hold of a first or second hand copy of Yin Shih-tzu's classic on meditation, as I have been searching for a few years to get hold of this much sought after book?

    Any advice and information on this book and its availablility would be much appreciated.
