    dearest readers,

though the article has just been published, it has already been brought to my attention that i have made several errors in my reports about the way chinese people celebrate the new year here in china.. beyond that, a few of my chinese friends have gotten a little salty with me because they feel i speak about the chinese people in a discriminatory tone.

i hope that you will all look past my mistakes and tone and enjoy the article.

happy new year from wudang, china.

Year of the Rat? I say: bring it on!

I'm a horse, and one of the best years of my life was that of the Rat. True, I tend to have a little more trouble with my respiratory tract than usual, but that's to be expected. I don't know why, but I always tend to fare well with Rats in general, and find the extra "challenges" to be rather thrilling.

One thing's for sure: this is going to be one fantastic year!

    Brothers and sisters,

May 2011, the year of the Hare, be a most excellent year for everyone and their entire clans!!
