Shidokan tournaments were always good to watch back in Chicago. Good stuff. Even saw a fight ended with a shoulder throw - but i know that COULDNT have hapened...

I picked up the Sabaki book last year and if you really want to make TKD peeps angry do the shirt sleeve/arm grab grab.
I quit after getting my first black belt because the school I was a part of was in the process of lowering their standards A painfully honest KC Elbows
The crap that many schools do is not the crap I was taught or train in or teach.
