It turns out the teacher is affiliated with StraightBlastGym, which is funny that it's named that because there's no Wing Chun or JKD at all as far as I can tell. The main fighting stance is the Crazy Monkey thing (I made another thread about that). And then lots of grappling stuff, too. I like the class so far.
