    (Gym)
    Monday / Wednesday / Friday
    * 15 mins cardio warmup
    * Weid Lifing
    * 30-40 mins cardio

    Tuesday / Thursday
    * 15-20 mins cardio
    * some abs
    * 30-50 mins cardio

    (Home)
    Saturday / Sunday
    * ball scratching
    * cardio 40 or more mins

    It's cute

    I want to lose fat, I want to lose a lot of fat as fast possible without any muscle loss.

    Yep. Diet. I.e. burning more kilojoules than you consume. I'm also interested in the fat-loss thing, so I recently bought "The Ketogenic Diet: A Complete Guide for the Dieter and Practitioner" by Lyle McDonald. My kind of writer.     I think as long as you give your self a break or a cushion every now and then you should be pretty ok....It's not like alot of people are doing enough to sweat enough fluid to have great impact on kidneys anyway


    Consider hydrating with extra mineral salt formulars.....you can get them in effervenscent tablet form and are about $10 a vile of ?8 tabs - ish...definately helps with electrolite replenishment...works for me over long periods anyway
