    boxing ze fitness-y

    so, i was thinkgin
    boxers are usually in great shape, great fitness

    do you think is boxing the ma that gives the best results fitness-looks wise?

    for the boxers-
    what is a typical class like - wich stuff you usually do that makes u guys in great shape?

    The boxers workout is a lot, a lot, a lot of cardio work. Which trims the fat off you in a short period of time comparably.

    Running, wind sprints, skipping, bag work, speed bag, sparring, shadown boxing, all these things can be taken training wise to very high intensity levels.

    But that can be said of any regimen. It really depends on how hard you want to work, where you want to get to and your time line and commitment to do so.

    I mean, there's always gonna be guys like butterbean.
    Justr cause you might be chubby doesn't mean you can't fight after all.

    lots of roadwork, jumping rope, drilling and sparring.
