Bought the balm - Rubbed it on - Felt the heat - Keep away from your meat.

    Hello:

Purchased Tiger Balm. It helped ease the pain. Felt great behind my neck, shoulders and triceps. I got the one labeled ‘Ultra’. It did not really help my hip. Maybe I didn’t use enough or it just doesn’t penetrate deep to the bone. The pain in my hip went away on its own anyway after a few more workouts.

    Wash hands thoroughly before peeing!

Recommended for minor bumps and bruises.

    Truly,
    Godzilla

You can try that. It'll give some mild relief but won't stop a migraine (just use a tiny bit). What is also good is liniments that contain Lavender Oil. This can be quite soothing and pleasant.
