    SPM literature?

I am fairly new to CMA's but since I have taken my first class, I have been hooked. I am currently just scratching the surface of SPM and want some form of supporting literature to go along with my daily training. I will rely on my Sifu for instruction but anything for training, drills, workouts associated with SPM that anyone knows of would be a great help. -Moose-

if you go to Gin Foon Mark's website, he has a series of tapes that have drills as well as the first form, Sam Bo Ging
This is for KwongSai Jook Lum Ji Nam Tang Long P'ai., Chow Ga has websites and I believe Roger Hagood and Paul Whitrod have tapes as well.

No problem, BTW, I tried to get some stuff from GFM website and there seems to be an issue with choosing a shipping method, anyone else have that problem?

Okay anyone know of any books/literature instead of tapes? Want to be able to read and brush up anywhere for just infront of TV/stereo.

the closest thing would be the book on Sam Chin's book on I-Liq Chuan-which has good hand drills surprising similar to SPM, and Sifu Lau Biu's Choi Mok Kuen-which has many drills and applications similar to SPM. Phoenix-eye fist is an interesting read on a related style, and Yang Jwing-Ming's Fujien White Crane book has many gongs that are related as well.
