what's medicines best for pulled muscle?

i slightly pulled my muscle guys, it's actually one on my bicept, but i was wondering, if there is any medicine that will promote healing faster?

right now i just have Die Da Jiu/dit da jow
and zheng gu shui/dunno cantonese for it...somthing guat soi.

are either of those good? or is there something i should buy that is better?

My teacher was very well known for his herbal and tui na techniques. One that I have come to rely on is the torn or pulled muscle powder. It will take tha burn out of torn muscles and promote the healing that is needed. I don't know how long your muscle has been torn or stretched. I couldn't get onto the form for over a week.
