Well, I went off of my diet for about 2 months and got fat again so I figured I'd start this weekly update here to see how fast I can get down to 6-7%BF. Right now i'm here:
16% BF
32 in. Waist
158 lbs
That was this morning.
Starting to day im on my diet and im lifting weights and doing high intensity interval training again. Here's what I look like as of now:
