    Shoulder tension

    Lately,

I have some tension in my shoulders. Could be work, stress, or work out related.

What are some good ways to get that nasty tension out of my shoulder and shoulder blade areas?

What would happen if a year-old baby fell from a fourth-floor window onto the head of a burly truck driver, standing on the sidewalk?
It's practically certain that the truckman would be knocked unconscious. He might die of brain concussion or a broken neck.

Do you use that product spiral?

Also what was the number system on that chart there? Length of the rope?

Yes, I use it. The best method I've found (30 years CMA) for loosening the shoulders, lats, arms. Incredibly adaptable, versitile, and portable. The numbers on the chart were pricing on multiple orders. Can't go wrong with it, or something like it.

got to herbal section and look for "arnica" Ive got it as a gel in a tube which is good, but u can get " arnica, comfery and witchhazel" in a pot and its great. especally for people with sensitive skin and cant use deep heat rubs. its got no powerfull chemicals in it so it doesnt burn. its good for bruses, sprains, pulled and tight muscels. its about £4 a pot and they deliver cheap rates to US.

"happy ending" is a euphamism for sex in relation to massage parlors and prostitution.
