In the second thread some of us listed "techniques" from several "arts and styles" categorized by "Range."

In this thread, I would like to list and discuss "Attributes."

In my own notes, I have described "Attributes" as:
Underlying abstract labels used to identify and quantify a person’s basic inter-related building blocks of all mental and physical activity.

These are some of the attributes I have "identified."

FITNESS - General Health. (Physical)
STRENGTH - Body systems work capacity. (Physical)
ENDURANCE - Continued body systems work capacity. (Physical)
FLEXIBILITY - Limberness. (Physical)

FOCUS - Intent, coordination. (Mental)
INTEGRATION - Knowledge measure. (Mental)
FORM - Applied Structure. (Mental)

STRUCTURE - Spontaneous body mechanics. (Trained "Martial")
MOBILITY - Moving. (Trained "martial")
SENSITIVITY - Motion, pressure, mechanics awareness. (Trained "martial")
POWER - Deliverable force. (Trained "martial")
SPEED - Neurological fire-sequence. (Trained "martial")

I would like to discuss, change, expand, and add to these and their descriptions.
