I found an old sparring tape and had it converted to digital. The file size is friggin HUGE cuz well... I currently have no idea how to modify it. lol (Should pull up in Windows Media or any DIVX Player.)
Anyways, to set up, this was at least four or five years ago. I hadnt worked out for about a year due to a burnout phase and it shows... I am about 15 lbs lighter, sloppy and undisciplined, as you will see I get a little more aggressive as the fight goes on.Just thought I would post since there seem to be alot of vids poppin out recently.
BTW: I am the tall guy in the red tanktop with the read headgear. Towards the end when I grab my arm, my shoulder had briefly popped out of socket again and it hurt like a mutha.
