I was talking with a Bak Mei guy sometime today (met on a gamer's chat of all things), and suddenly something struck me. I could hardly believe it myself until I searched for it, and tadaa... there actually was a Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu Warrior computer game!

Abandonware, so I guess it's free to download and play (which I have not done yet). Looks like an old game. 73kb for crying out loud. Will test and post review if interested later. Maybe it's just me, but from the screenshots, doesn't that dude look a little like Chuck Norris?!?!?!
