Is this Songshan Lohan Quan (Xiao Lohan or Da Lohan)? A lot of styles call their "best" forms Lohan, so I was just curious.

    Masterkiller,

I be teaching Xiao Lohan{small lohan} because its easy to teach, has only 60 movements and not as long as the advanced Da Lohan form that has 108 movements, which the Xiao Lohan is just a simplified version of Da Lohan in my opinion. I never was taught the Da Lohan 108 Lohan form. But I know and saw a few high level Chinese Shaolin individuals in NYC china town I train with from time to time demonstrate it, that were lucky to learn the Da LoHan form when they were back in China. From what I was told from these Shaolin practitioners not many people ware taught the Da lohan, not even the monks of the Shaolin temple.

    Peace
    Novell
