Hasn't anyone else noticed that the guys who compete in the worlds strongest man contest are white? How about the power lifters in the olympics? They are mostly white.
Now I admit that the sprinters are black. Swimers, white. Most winter sports, white. Summer sports, black. Guess you could do another study on the weather???

Maybe black people have no interest in WSM? Look at hockey. There's very few black people in hockey but it's not because they can't play it on a genetic level, it's because demographically they don't really play it.

1) The bell curve studies regarding intelligence have been discredited and are no longer taken seriously in the scientific community.
2) I don't know whether studies regarding athletic performance have been done in a serious manner. I do know that there is some evidence that certain heritages have been demonstrated to have more of a propensity for fast twitch or slow twitch muscle fibres, making certain ethnicities more suited for certain athletic endeavors, but it's not an entirely predictable thing.

Body building and strength are two different things. Have you watched "The World's Strongest Man" competion? They do not look like body builders. They are,however,large and the northern Europeans have done well, for whatever reasons.
Do you recall the Russian power lifters? The super heavy weights look like tubs of lard but they moved tons of weight.
