i don't think the chubby guy felt much , i think most of what we see here is panic , and inexperience in a confrontation...
even though the skinny guy seemingly overpowers him he's still sloppy as well.
as fu said , fist to the back of the head and nothing of serious consequence landed.

apparently the stout gent had a beef with surf boy, tried to get all surly and surf boy didn't like that so he attacked the hardest part of his anatomy i.e the back of his head.
luckily, no one was seriously harmed, but the tubby guy was tired from all that crawling in the sand!

It was almost like the bigger guy expected the little guy to back down and get all scared. So when the little guy started pushing back he was afraid. It looked like he was pretty dazed after the fight.
