I was also watching his new movie "Out for a kill" and he seems to be in China town fighting a bunch of kung fu guys. Also that big guy from "In Hell" who fought Van damme and sotomized that kid is in it.

I've seen most of Belly of the Beast.
I'm wondering if Segal is in chronic physical pain, and possibly on meds for it. He's awful puffy. Though appetitive excess can do it too, I don't know. I don't have any reason to favor one view over the other. Just something I'm seeing. Hope I'm mistaken.
