    左顯富

Master Zuo Xianfu of Eight Step Mantis was the senior student at Wei Xiaotang's school until the day he passed away.

He is now in charge of running Master Wei's school. I went to visit the school some years ago on Tomb Sweeping day and noticed that he is preserving the teaching of his Shifu.

Here is a recent clip of Zuo Xianfu

Im waiting on one of the young resilient students to demo the 7 star mantis knockdowns. We're working on putting together techniques that distinguish 7 star from 8 step.

freestyle fight simulation integrating mantis boxing, shuai-chiao, and BJJ.

There are two types of Chinese martial artists. Those who can fight and those who should be teaching dance or yoga!

53 years of training, 43 years of teaching and still aiming for perfection!
