    lipi

A performance by me of an Eight Step Mantis for called Lipi.

My shifu showed up at a Shaolin Monks demo and sent me out there to do a form.
Wasn't dressed for the occasion, but it was fun.

You can't hear it, but when I walked on after the monks you could hear scattered laughter in the crowd.

No doubt the locals had no idea a westerner could go on after the monks.

cool, i look forward to more.

    drills for two

Tomorrow I return to Taiwan for two weeks.
Old time sentiment caused me to pull up this old clip.
It is a couple of 2 person drills I was teaching to my student some years ago.
