You should really take that thing out of the drywall and put in in a stud. Just my advice...

I think the more pressing question is, how long did it take to fall being mounted in dry wall and all? You really probably should have put it in the stud....

he didn't put it in the stud? what's wrong with him? why would he mount it in drywall instead of in the stud? that's just crazy...

Still doing exactly the same thing as years ago, MA, PTP and HIIT. Just don't come on the forums any more. Your post sent me the auto-email that this thread had been updated and it's my first time back in ages. I looked at the first page of the thread, blast from the past. Lots of old names, I wonder what they're all doing. Hope you're well.

    hehe, nostalgic forum memories

I'm doing alright. Had some really good, really bad, more really good, and more really bad things happen over the last few years. I'm just kinda in the middle right now.

Still lifting weights although I had to take about a year off due to medical reasons a couple years ago. I lost like 30-40 pounds and turned into a walking skeleton. But I've been back at it for about the last year, although not as hardcore as before. I like working out and hopefully I can continue.

Wow, I just read the other pages of the thread too. Even Blooming Lotus was in this thread! The number of posts I wasted arguing with her ... good times, good times.
